I've always been drawn to the questions most people are too busy to ask — Who am I, really? What am I here for? What would make this one life feel full?
I grew up in Fes, Morocco, and lost my father before I was old enough to remember him — barely a year and a month old. That early absence set me questioning young: about God, about grief, about what a life is even for. My faith was never handed to me as a doctrine — it grew as I lived, through every question I refused to stop asking. And it taught me the thing I now teach: the answers we ache for were never out there to find. They're already in us, waiting to be remembered.
I climbed the corporate ladder all the way to the top — and it served its season well. Then something quieter began to call: to nature, to the deeper questions, to a different kind of life. So I followed it, built a healing center in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and gave myself to this work — helping women understand who they are, uncover what truly matters, and build the inner resilience to live with more courage, faith, and hope. To dream again, and turn those dreams into a life they love.
No fear, just clear.
