HEAR THE FIRST 5 MINUTES — IN MY VOICE
Day 1 · Intro
You've outsourced your knowing for so long, you've forgotten you have it. You check with everyone before you decide. You wait for proof before you act. You doubt your gut even when she's screaming. This journey isn't about confidence. It's about coming home to the knower beneath the doubt — the part of you that has always known, and has always been right.
Why self-trust doesn't come from thinking
You've probably tried it. The journal prompts asking “What does your intuition say?” The books about trusting yourself. Maybe you've even followed your gut once or twice — and then second-guessed yourself for weeks afterward.
That's not because you have bad intuition. That's because self-trust isn't something you decide. It's something you build, in the body, through small acts of listening to your knowing and acting on it.
Your nervous system learned long ago — maybe before you have words for it — that your knowing was wrong. That your gut was overreacting. That your no was rude. That your yes was foolish. That if you really listened to yourself, you'd make a mistake, hurt someone, lose love, fail.
So you outsourced. To parents. To partners. To experts. To algorithms. To anyone whose voice felt safer than your own.
This journey doesn't manufacture self-trust through affirmations. It restores it through somatic practice — teaching your body to register her knowing, honor it, and act from it. Small, daily, embodied. The way trust has always been built.
The gut is not metaphor. Stephen Porges' polyvagal research shows the gut — through the vagus nerve — is one of your body's primary information systems. When she speaks, she is delivering data. This journey teaches you to read it.
What happens in 7 days
Seven Days · Seven Returns to Yourself
Day 1 — I Trust My Knowing
My body knows before my mind does.
You return to the foundational truth — that you have a knower. Beneath the analyzing. Beneath the doubt. Beneath the seeking. Your body has been delivering information your whole life. Today you start listening.
Day 2 — I Release Borrowed Voices
What is not my voice, I release.
You meet the voices that taught you not to trust yourself. The mother voice. The culture voice. The 'experts know better' voice. The fear voice. You don't fight them. You separate them from your own — and release what was never yours.
Day 3 — I Honor My No
My no is sacred information.
The first practice of self-trust is honoring the no. When your body contracts, you don't override her. You listen. You honor. Even when it's inconvenient. Even when it disappoints others. Your no is data.
Day 4 — I Follow My Yes
My yes is direction.
The second practice is following the yes. When your body opens, leans in, says YES — you go. Without overthinking. Without seeking permission. Without waiting for proof. Your yes is direction.
Day 5 — I Choose Myself Over Approval
I am allowed to disappoint people I love.
This is the deepest day. Every one of us learned early that being fully ourselves might cost us love — so we chose the connection and set ourselves aside. Today you look, gently, at one place where keeping someone's approval has been costing you your own truth — and you feel what it would be to choose yourself.
Day 6 — I Come Home Gently
The forgetting isn't failure. The remembering is the path.
The holding day. Everything the week stirred up gets met with the one thing that makes self-trust last — gentleness. You meet the inner mother: the voice that holds you when you slip, instead of shaming you.
Day 7 — I Am My Own Authority — Integration
I am the author of my life. I trust myself to write it.
You walk every practice from the week — meeting your knower, releasing a borrowed voice, honoring your no, following your yes, choosing yourself, coming home gently — in one continuous integration. You leave as your own authority: the one who trusts yourself to author your life.

What we ask in return
As a founding member, you're not just a customer — you're a co-creator. Here's what we ask:
- •Walk the journey within 7-14 days of joining

Your story will help women who come after you find their way to this work. That matters.
This journey is for the woman who…
- Asks five people before she makes a decision
- Has good intuition but talks herself out of it constantly
- Knows what she wants but won't move until she's certain
- Trusts experts, algorithms, advice — everyone except herself
- Is ready to design her life from her own knowing
- Wants to stop seeking permission from outside herself
If three or more of these are true, this journey is for you.
A tender note
Self-Trust is not stubbornness. It is not refusing input. It is not “I'm always right.”
Self-Trust is the practice of registering your own knowing first — before you check with the world. It includes seeking input when it serves. It includes changing your mind when new information arrives. It includes humility.
What it does NOT include is chronically overriding your body's knowing because someone else's voice felt safer. That's not wisdom. That's self-abandonment.
This journey teaches you the difference.
Who's guiding you

Saloua Lahlou
I'm Saloua Lahlou, founder of QuantumYou. I built this platform because I lived the gap I'm describing — between what the books say and what the body knows. I've spent years in somatic work, attachment repair, and feminine embodiment. The Self-Trust journey is the journey I needed when I realized I had built a successful career on doing what experts told me to do — and woke up one day having no idea what I, myself, actually wanted. I've recorded it for you.
